Zen Group Offers Quiet Refuge in Downtown Middlebury

New Summer Schedule (starting June 5th)

• In-person sitting at BLZMC will be held on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings from 7:00-7:40am ET, followed by a brief period of sutra chanting.
• Evening meditation in-person will be on Wednesday only at 5:30pm ET, before the dharma reflection.
• Zoom sangha sitting will be Saturday-Tuesday at 7:00am ET.

Dharma Talks every Wednesday evening

All are welcome, and no prior experience is needed. There is no cost to attend. Dana is welcome.
