Meditation

Meditation is held in person on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings at 7am ET.
A liturgy chanting service follows meditation every Saturday and Sunday.
Meditation via Zoom is held Sunday through Tuesday mornings at 7am ET. 

Evening practice is held in person Wednesday through Friday 5:30-6:30pm ET (in-person and via Zoom). Wednesday evenings will continue to offer Dharma Talks/Reflections both in-person and via Zoom.

All are welcome, and no prior experience is needed. There is no cost to attend. Dana is welcome.
