Steve Brittain is a retired neurologist and long-time Zen practitioner.
He will read from his new book:
“Topping Trees: Reflections in Poetry on Zen Master Dogen’s Genjo
Koan”. The title in a general way describes the collection. There is a
range in styles from short haiku-like poems with lot’s of images from
the natural world to longer more philosophical poems. You can get a
