Dharma Reflection by Daigan Widell

Please join us in the “Barndo” or (online via Zoom) tonight for a Dharma reflection given by Daigan Widell. Daigan is an ordained novice priest with Bread Loaf Mountain Zen Community, and he engages his practice locally through his work in harm reduction with Vermont Cares and his weekly offerings of Friday wellness facilitation and Saturday music jams at our Gather location in downtown Middlebury.

Meditation

Meditation is held in person on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings at 7am ET.
A liturgy chanting service follows meditation every Saturday and Sunday.
Meditation via Zoom is held Sunday through Tuesday mornings at 7am ET. 

Evening practice is held in person Wednesday through Friday 5:30-6:30pm ET (in-person and via Zoom). Wednesday evenings will continue to offer Dharma Talks/Reflections both in-person and via Zoom.

All are welcome, and no prior experience is needed. There is no cost to attend. Dana is welcome.
