Since the opening of Gather, we have observed friendships developing, trust and intimacy growing, the diversity of our guests expanding, our presence in the community becoming more widely known, our partnerships with other organizations multiplying, use of our space increasing, and time in our space being more closely identified with our core values of hospitality, safety and spirituality. It has been a beautiful and heart-warming unfolding experiment.
This increased use of our space is terrific and is also beginning to show. It is time to give Gather a deep cleaning. Doing so is important to all of us who spend time at Gather and also away of expressing our care for community
All hosts, volunteers and friends of Gather are invited to join us on Monday, February 12 from 9 to 12 to give Gather a deep cleaning. We will be washing floors, windows, doors, the inside and outside of appliances, all surfaces, and anything else that looks like it needs it. We hope to have a big team to engage in this project and have fun doing it. We will give Gather a thorough once over, in the spirit of oneness, joy and kindness that characterizes everything about Gather.
We will be providing lunch when we finish.
If you can attend our Fall Clean Up Morning – either for the whole time or just an hour or two – please RSVP to Jishu@Breadloafmountainzen.org
