A FREE FOOD truck has been making rounds in Middlebury this summer. It’s an offering of the Cornwall-based Bread Loaf Mountain Zen Community.

Morning meditation is held in person and on Zoom on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings at 7am ET. On Sunday through Tuesday it is on Zoom only. A liturgy chanting service follows meditation every Saturday (in person and on Zoom) and Sunday (on Zoom).
Evening meditation and Dharma Talk/Reflection held in person and on Zoom Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm ET.
